For the longest time, I was super anti-berkeley. Don't really know why LOL
Maybe it's cuz bears are a scary mascot? hm...Or maybe it's too close to home (although the distance is actually a huge convenience). Oh i got it. I hate the school colors lol wtf yale blue and california gold =.=
I'm not gonna regret picking cal over cmu. Before, I thought that no matter which school I chose, I'd feel guilty. If I chose CMU, I'd be guilty for the financial costs and the constant worrying that will come upon my parents and relatives for being so far away. If I chose Cal, I thought that I would feel like I was cheating myself out of a great education. But honestly, both schools are perfect--they just lead to different paths, and whichever school I chose would've been the "right" one. And even though mostly everyone was pretty biased about telling me to go to cal, it was ultimately my decision.
wheeeee now my parents are ecstatic that i'm saving them 15k a year and are letting me do anything i want LOL.
Feels nice to be set on a college ^___^
